Home Staging is the art of decorating a house to sell quickly and for top dollar. GraKris offers many staging packages and a free consultation for our clients.
Full Home Staging
A full staging is geared toward an empty property. The client/tenant has moved out and the home is completely or mostly unfurnished. We will bring in all the necessary furniture that compliments the structure and style of the home along with accessories, linens, plants and flowers to help your property show at its absolute best. We are small property specialists and are especially happy to focus on 1 - 3 bedroom apartments, condos, offices and single family homes and have the furnishings and furniture to show them properly.
Partial Home Staging
Partial staging is also an option if the owner is still living in the property during the Open House/Sales process. We will work with the existing furniture, rearranging, editing and adding furniture, accessories, artwork, plants and flowers… always remembering that the tenants need to live here on a daily basis during the sales process.
Staging Process
Walk Through: We will schedule an on-site visit to discuss potential design and space objectives, as well as budget goals

Proposal: Our proposal will include our recommended furniture and design plan as well as pricing and dates

Staging: Once we’ve received the signed proposal, we will schedule your staging. We generally stage in one to two days, depending on the overall scope of project. Our full stage contracts require a minimum 3 month lease. Client can extend with a month to month option thereafter.

Removal: GraKris will take one to two days to remove all furniture and accessories after receiving the required notice agreed upon in your contract.
